About Our Founder
PlanPros’ founder, Dave Lavinsky, wrote his first business plan in 1995 for the company that has since become National Grid (NGG), with a market capitalization of $48 Billion.
Two years after that, he attended business school at UCLA. Majoring in entrepreneurship (UCLA had the world’s #1 entrepreneurship program at the time), Dave took a business planning class and started writing lots of plans. The first business plan he wrote there was for a startup named True Citrus, which is now a $10 million+ company.
Realizing he had a knack for creating business plans that truly helped companies raise capital and succeed, Dave has dedicated the last 25+ years to helping over 1 million entrepreneurs develop business plans. His clients include numerous multi-millionaires that attribute their success to Dave’s help.
