This plugin uses services of Fynsnap feedback application (https://fynsnap.com/).
So you may need to register on their website for free or paid whatever plans they have in their website.
Their plans may have change so check them and use this plugin if you have any valid active plan from them.

Instalacja
Follow the below steps to install and configure the plugin:-
1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
1. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins’ screen in WordPress
1. Go to Tools->FynSnap Feedback Plugin to configure the plugin
