Re-implementation of `Pāli Dictionary`_ and `Pāli Tipiṭaka`_ in Go_ programming
language.

Development Environment:

  - `Ubuntu 22.04`_
  - `Go 1.18.10`_
  - GopherJS_

Re-implementation of `Pāli Dictionary`_ is finished.

`Pāli Tipiṭaka`_ is under construction now.
