Deleted journals?

I am hearing about LJ deleting journals all over my friends page. Could someone please explain? I read something, somewhere, about how they were only deleting journals of those they suspected of being pedophiles due to their interests. Is this true? Or is there more to it? I am so out of the loop...

I know I mentioned I would get back to everyone today, and I still plan to do so...if not, then I have tomorrow too. I am just blah and lazy today for some reason, I want to do nothing but curl up in bed and either sleep or just relax, so that is what I have been doing most of the day. Just having a relaxation day since I needed it...I promise to be back to normal sometime, or at least I hope so. Can't go my whole life being lazy.
