I thought my after graduation plans were all figured out. Hell, they probably still are. I was in the shower and missed a call, and it was from the Sheraton Hotel line of vacation ownership properties and they are hiring for their marketing department. This is the type of job I would love, and get this, it is in Hawaii. I applied for many jobs within their company, and most sent me e-mails saying I did not fit their criteria and others never got back to me, so I had given up.

My oh my. I am going to call them back and set up an interview (probably a phone interview, but wouldn't it be nice to have them fly me to Hawaii?). I know my plan is to go to graduate school, but at the same time, it doesn't hurt to keep my options open either...it isn't like it would be a job I would be settling for either, like some of the others I considered. It would still lead to a career I would love (resort development).

It also depends on the pay because Hawaii is expensive, and I would have to make up the difference from if I were working in another job, say in Missouri or South Carolina.

I would adore living in Hawaii though. Who wouldn't? But maybe I am just dreaming after all. probably should be realistic lol I am going to call them back.
