I hate making decisions. It is even in my userinfo. lol. But it seems that I must.
Either I get a new laptop with a printer and wireless networking and ethernet, or I keep my current laptop (purchased 2-3 years ago) and get a wireless network card and ethernet card installed and buy a printer. And a backpack. And a webcam. And a flash drive. Which all came with the $1500 configuring I did on my potential new laptop. Oh, and then there is the anti-virus software I have to have.
The second option would of course be cheaper, but then I'd be stuck with an older machine with stuff that isn't as good. This would be okay...survivable, as long as I don't need to take it to class with me. lol
My dad said he would pitch in something like $800 for a new laptop...but that was before I mentioned that my current laptop could be made workable for college. Now he probably won't. How unfortunate.
