(no subject)

I've noticed over the years that people have trouble with me when they try and use humor. They'll say something "funny", and if I don't respond favorably, or if I try and play off their joke, they will say, "I was joking." Or something to that effect. At which point I always say, "I know." Because yes, I do know. Really.

So stop telling me!
