Am I the only one who has trouble with editing my userpics? I can upload one, but then it takes forever to upload the rest because it will go to "Page cannot be displayed" blah blah blah. What an ordeal.

And now, in other news:

I must face the facts. I can deny it no longer. I am addicted to non-caffeinated carbonated beverages. It is true. And very sad. And my mother gets on my back about supposedly being addicted to the computer/internet. Ha. Yet she indulges my need for chocolate and A&W and 7-Up/Sprite. Interesting...
And what about movies? But I suppose I hide that addiction pretty well...

I've been the brunt of much bashing as of late. My mother is always saying: "You are eighteen! You should be doing things around the house now! I really don't know what you're going to do at college...it takes you so long to get ready! I guess you'll just miss all your classes."
Pfft. Really? My dad, yes, he bothers me about getting a job from time to time, but my mother...she is the true attack force.

Incidentally, Laura has been getting attacked (verbally, of course) by her parents recently. She never seeks me out these days unless she wants to complain about her parents or discuss a movie or Lost. That's all I'm good for, apparently: listening and entertainment. They are angry that she hasn't prepared academically to go to college, when they encouraged her to avoid college originally.

Parents. Wow.
