Oh. My. Goodness.

Yesterday, shortly after I woke up and was lounging on the couch, my mother decided to talk to me.

Mom: "You'll be 18 in a few days. I think we should look into renting an apartment for you so you know what it will be like."
Me: *blinks*
Mom: "Because you really can't spend all of your time on the computer when you're in college. You have do laundry and cooking. It would be easier in a dorm, but that would probably drive you crazy, so you'd need to have an apartment."

Wow. I really don't know what to think. Lmao. I was planning on getting an apartment about 8 months down the road...but okay. Maybe I'll get some writing done then. Good. I need money, darn it!

The weird thing would be the internet situation. I have a laptop that I would bring, but I doubt my parents would pay for me to have even dial-up, and I can't afford it...So do they want me to drop by the house for an hour every day? Lmao.

Oh, yay! "The Complete Thin Man Collection" arrived yesterday! I've seen all but 1 or 2. It's hard to remember...I may watch the last one tonight because I'm pretty sure I haven't seen it yet. It's called 'Song of the Thin Man.'

...I'm procrastinating as usual. I have a Government report due Monday. Grr. The evilness, I hate. It's supposed to be on a Consitutional Issue. I'm doing mine on Abortion, mainly because I figure there will actually be some information on the internet related to it. *sigh*

I hate school so much. *kills it*
