Keep this layer on top. I always like to make a soft light layer because it makes the color deeper. <br /><img src="https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v648/picalilli/tutorial/2icon2.gif" loading="lazy"> <br /><br />3) New Adjustment Layer > Levels. I use this layer to balance out the colors to how I want them. <br />RGB: 0, 0.75, 220<br />Red: 0, 1.15, 255<br />Green: 0, 0.95, 225<br />Blue: 0, 1.05, 225<br /><img src="https://img.photobucket.com/albums/v648/picalilli/tutorial/2icon3.gif" loading="lazy"><br /><br />4) New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color.
