Script sites

I am looking for a script that lets me add users, limit access to their personal folder and to a single public folder. Users would be able to upload to either the public folder or personal folder. I'd like to integrate the password protection with the server user/dir access tools.

If you can suggest either scripts or script sites, I would appreciate it.
