Two questions for serious developers...
For the past year I've been getting jobs from "word of mouth" but I've not been getting the quality of jobs I want. Where do you land new leads and quality jobs?
Secondly, I use UltraEdit Text Editor and FireFTP the FireFox addon. It's been working fine for me so far but what is your preferred software for editing and uploading.
