problem installing php4 on apache for win95

if anyone has any suggestions on this problem or has experienced similair any suggestions or info would be greatly appreciated.

i installed everything for php4 according to the webmonkey.com tutorial. problem is that any script i try and load it just sits there loading. never gets past loading, never times out, nothing. don't find anything in the error log to say anything errored out and i've checked all the paths, slashes, and spelling in the configuration 5 times...

any suggestions?
