I just had the worst 4 hours i've had in days...
I upgraded my installation of mod_php to 4.3.8 tonight (on FreeBSD) and my php extensions no longer worked!!.. not sessions, not mysql functions, etc etc...
if you are upgrading to php 4.3.8 any time soon, and you have issues, go into your php.ini file and comment out the
'extension_dir=' line....
GAH!
