question

I run a screencap community here on livejournal and I have a php request form on my domain for it. It is very time consuming to take the request information from each emailed form (I'm averaging 10 - 15 a day) and convert it into a usable format in an html page, so I was wondering if it was possible to have the information from the forms automatically added to a database that shows up in an html page. Then I can just approve and edit the information through an admin panel or something? Is there a code already written for this or something similar to codegrrl.com's PHPFanbase that might work? Or could someone help me in creating something that would work?
