Proper Customer Service

A client's site just went down... I called the client and she was unaware... I called the host support and left a voice mail... 15 minutes later the owner of the hosting company calls to let me know they inadvertantly deleted the account... On the phone with me, past 10PM his time, he is restoring the site and offering my client a month free service... I accepted on behalf and reported back to the client... It's all good... BTW the Hosting Company is ChainReactionWeb... I'm not in the habit of endorsing any particular service... Draw your own conclusions...
