Im looking for a programmer that would like to create a community in which users can post in galleries, comment on posts, and have user profiles. This site will be similar to deviantart.com and artconspiracy.com

I would really like to find someone that i can pay with domain space, or that is willing to do this to help the arts and add to their portfolio. This is a project to make an art community and it will run primarly on donations. If you are unable to do this as pro-bono work, you are welcome to leave a flat fee for the project as well.
