Thanks to those who helped me earlier this morning. I've got it working... Except only on Macs. I can't get it to work on IE or Netscape on anybody's PC.
If you want to try it yourself, go to:
http://www.oit.duke.edu/pubtrain/temp/newoit3/index.php
Choose a tab and click "Click here to make this page your default tab."
On Macs, when you go back to index.php, it sends you to the default page you selected. On PCs, it just goes back to the index.php page.
