PhoneCopy is a free app that allows you to backup, synchronization and sharing contacts between your computer and mobile devices. Deleted contacts can be easily restored. Press "resore deleted contacts", choose contacts which you want to restore and press "restore". Contacts which were deleted more than 30 days ago can be automatically deleted, and can not be recovered.
