Hello all I just wanted to take a moment and thank you all for listening to the podcast and subscribing here on substack! Things are a little chaotic here and as I do this thing with the hubby by ourselves it’s definitely affecting the output of the podcast. We want to get you the best information with the best research so we’re going to swap to a bi-weekly (every other week) or so drop rate.

Release schedule will still be out by Fridays 5pm PT. It’ll be a little bumpy for a few weeks as we adjust to the new schedule for ourselves. I appreciate you all being here and for understanding life is chaos! I love doing this podcast. It helps me stay grounded b/c the research helps me understand the world I’m in right now and I just want to help others understand it as well.
