Where is the code that built this? Currently, the code that built the site can be found in the Philosopher Analyst Hugo Apéro site.
The code for the slides themselves is hosted on the NHS-R Community GitHub repository.
Slides/RStudio/GitHub doesn’t show or work Often problems with the slides not showing, RStudio Connect not loading and GitHub losing functionality is due to being on a VPN (Virtual Private Network)/Network.

Template In this Section I recommend that you open a template RMarkdown by going to File/New File/R Markdown…. The wizard will prompt for a Title that can be something like Test, then select OK.
Knit the file by selecting the wool and needle button just under the tab names, next to the magnifying icon. RStudio also has some great lessons here.
Slightly more complex example I then show the following report that I’ve built to show more of the text possibilities in R Markdown.

Due to the popularity of the course in 2020 when I had 40 people attending which, in hindsight was a little ambitious as I’d only done a few workshops before the conference, I did indeed do another recording for the community. The funny thing is that, at the point of writing this, these recordings have only had 3 viewings and I think they were me finding the link! The original 2020 training has got hundreds of views!

As of April 2021, the Ethics Committee will be moving from being Covid-19 specific to having a wider remit and this information is collected together to support that transition and offer resources for anyone who is interested in these subjects.

One of my first webinars for the Association of Professional Healthcare Analysts. It was a series of short talks on how analysts had found data challenges in the Covid-19 pandemic. I was reluctant speaking at first because my particular role had meant I had little involvement with this data or the challenges but I realised that I probably wasn’t alone and that’s what inspired my talk “Imposter syndrome in the time of coronavirus”.

Contributing I haven’t yet contributed any code for this package but attended many of the meetings with the team which I was really grateful for as it was wonderful to be included in such work, even with very little to contribute.
Chris Beeley invited the team to speak at the NHS-Podcast, which they recorded with me not present as I was unavailable but I felt that that was ok because I didn’t think my contributions were that big.
