Discovery again
Okay, Discovery really knows how to get my attention. Mirror universe! With Evil Human Empire and Brave Rebel Alliance of Aliens! Evil Captain Tilly! At heart I am a simple soul. Michael having to pretend to be her evil self and take command of the Shenzou and command the whole crew of Evil!Starfleet and torture her captain who saved her when nobody else would... yeah, this show has my attention. The little 'whatever you have to do' scene on the transporter! I am suffering with having to wait until tonight to find out what happens next.
I hope they're going somewhere interesting with the Tyler plot. I have to confess to finding that much less relevant to my id. Especially since he went and killed the good doctor, who I did really like. It seems like there's the possibility of a really interesting story there, and also the possibility of the plot mostly existing to give Michael more angst. I am reserving judgement there. But I do hope there's a lot more about L'rell.
And I want to know what happened to Saru in this mirror universe, given the No Aliens Allowed thing with Evil!Starfleet. And many more things. This plan of watching one episode a day may fall apart, but I really need to tackle my very long to-do list first...
