In my experience, this software does not work: do not buy it. The opening web page says satisfaction guaranteed but buried in the page there is an official line saying that all sales are final. I wasted $40.00 and 12 hours on this piece of junk.
After 4 months there is no function and no refund! Even after intensive teamwork and detailed reports, the company said PayPal would be blocked by them because the developer offered this form of payment! All right, so useless!
I don't normally write reviews, but in this case, I feel I have to. Do not buy their software, it is a buggy mess, the automatic port forwarding tool would never stop running on my machine. Wasted hours of my time, contacted support and they were no help either. They never set up my port forwarding as promised. The company would not give me my money back even though they claim 100% guarantee. Don't waste your money like I did.
