Late but an update

where to start?
I did get sick and had to spend 3 days in the hospital, it where a
complication to the flu, made it hard to breath and drink.



not a good picture but that's what will happen to your arm when they
take to many blood samples.

Now for something nicer me and kseenaa made semlor



They where awesome but not to good if you are trying to lose some weight.

Talking about that i have been losing weight since last down to 107,1Kg (235,6Lbs)
Despite eating semlor and allot of candy this weekend.
