I keep finding the same pattern: complex things become simple when you build the right system around them.

My work spans AI agent orchestration, niche data platforms, 3D printing tools, and publishing automation. Different domains, same spine: taking something that requires manual effort and making it repeatable, measurable, and scalable.

I'm not a generalist who dabbles. I go deep on problems where automation creates compounding value — where the tenth run is ten times faster than the first.

Based in Germany, I build most of my tools in the open and care about systems that outlast their creator.
