Special Privilege Characters are residents on the train that are given modly permission to have powers that affect or otherwise negate aspects and powers of the train. There will be five slots available for regular players, and each mod will be allowed one.
Rules for applying
You must have been a member of Permanent Way for AT LEAST six months.
You must have cleared your last THREE activity checks.
You must email the mods first, to indicate your interest, and give a rough idea of what you have in mind before submitting the app.
Abilities Allowed (Choose up to two)
a) can make scructural changes to the train and it's surroundings
b) can affect and even stop the changing of car placement,
c) effectively and compltely tell the difference between an actual passenger and something created/controlled by the train's AI,
d) and/or can hack the AI and cause up to 20% damage to internal train systems
