hello there ive just finished my first day of live calls it was quite an experience as i woke up at 6am instead of 7.15 am grrr....I arrived in work about 45 mins early so i had some breakfast before going upstairs...what happened next was not what we were told

we were told that we would have a buddy...however we didnt what we had instead was two helpers between the 6 of us to help us answer our enquiries. this would have been fine if were only taking switch payments but we werent we were taking every type of call. The first call i took was someone in collections which had been passed on to me as they couldnt do it and they had sent it through to the wrong number! so that as a first call knocked me for six...then my computer crashed...it was shit...the women supposedly helping us are annoying too ones really nice but the other is really catty...its your first day on live calls and she expects you to know everything...plus its hard to get their attention when they are too busy talking to themselves about going on holiday...

But towards the end of the day it became much better as my confidence increased plus i started to feel like i knew what you were doing
