Yes it is.

So it's been quite a while. I'll do a brief quick hits. I'm not really playing sims 2 or 3 though I want to get back into the swing. Things that have happened in brief.

I was depressed for a few months after the miscarriage, but I'm better now.

In early December my husband and I rescued a juvenile cat abandoned around our buildings. She's a total sweetie and gets along remarkably well with our older (9 and 11) year old cats so we're keeping her on the sly. I'll post a pic spam as soon as a get a new picture editing software on this computer.

Then Christmas Eve my Mother-in-law's house was broken into. Luckily only the Xmas presents and her electronics were stolen. I say luckily because one of her five cats and the dog was missing for a day (cat was hiding under a corner of the house and the dog returned on her own thankfully) and she's got a lot of jewelry, but they didn't manage to get into the bedroom before the police were alerted.

Then in January I though I might have been pregnant again. Vomiting, nausea, all the classic signs, but I found out after going to the emergency care unit yesterday that it was an abscess causing the disturbance. That was drained and I have a large hole in my thigh that has to scar over. Hopefully they got it all out in one visit because I do not want to have to be put under for a follow up visit.

I did the surgery sans pretty much any drugs. They tried to numb me, but the exact location is hard to access. My husband instead held my hand and I did a lot of screaming and mouth breathing. It wasn't the first abscess I've had to have removed and it was messing with my health.

I'm on drugs right now though. I forget what, but yeah, some good drugs I guess? I don't know, I'm really clear headed, but I can't move around much so my husband is working from home to help me. It's frustrating. I get sick a lot, but usually I'm mobile and able to care for myself, but this isn't the kind of thing I can get done and then be cool the next day.

And that irritates me.

I shall now channel my inner She-ra or something and work on getting better. I itch to play Sims 3 on my new PC and see all the awesome things Pets brought to the table. Perhaps I'll channel Jem instead and decorate someone's house 'outrageously' or something.

I hope things are going well for all of you. Sorry for dropping off the radar again.

Here's one of the creepy eyeless horses hanging out with a bald Tuesday as she steals her neighbors vegetables.

It's cool though, the horse helped himself to some too. This was another neighbors horse who hung out with Tues while its owner wooed the pretty next door neighbor.

Tuesday is an animal lover so the horse let her do the 'brush' interaction, but wouldn't let her do the 'clean hooves' one. Super cute animals, but the eye thing, it bugs me.

Wild foal running around. Your sims can actually sit and watch them and that's cool. Or try and befriend one if it hangs out at the lot.

Another wild horse, this one really didn't like Tuesday. I'm guessing they had aggressive or skittish as a trait.

He let her do the sniff animation, but...

Yeah horse was like, 'nope don't like her, don't want to be adopted.'

So one of the neighbors was offering free foals and I had her get one. This is midnight (I believe the same neighbors will always offer foals the first few days in the new hood, though I'm not sure if it is always the same breed).

And you can bottle feed the foal. *makes maniac motions of joy*

Yet again though the babies are always more limited than the adults. Also the guys farm was way the hell on the other side of the town so the poor foal (his name was midnight though you can change that) had to run for a sim hour to make it home.

You can build relationships with the animals. I haven't had a chance to play with kittens yet, or check and see if small/large dogs can interbreed. I hated that they couldn't too madame_ugly. It bugged me in TS2. And just like babies/toddlers I have an urge to age up the puppies/kittens/foals to a more 'interesting' life stage. Also I do like that unicorns are the special creature. As much as I adore werewolves, I'm glad they went with something that hasn't been seen in the series before and I'll be curious to see how hard it is to find the unicorn and befriend it. Besides horse/unicorn babies? Yes please.

I do have to say I really like the expansion, it's a resource hog, but all of TS3 is and I have to say for content it's hands down my favorite expansion. I love pets. For introducing mechanics it's my second favorite (Ambitions just added so much to jobs), followed closely by Generations (anything that makes kids/teens more interesting or lets me send them away to boarding school is A+ in my book). I'm definitely pleased even if the horses are creepy.

My system is acting up so trying to play is painfully slow though I want to. Like you wouldn't believe I want to and play with dogs and cats!Luckily we ordered some parts and are going to be building me a new gaming PC so the slowness and other hang ups should clear up in a couple of weeks (like the awful grinding and my inability to play the latest generation of MMO's on my current system). The husband and I are gamers and play a lot of MMO's together so yeah, it was time for an upgrade. I hope to have more pic spam soon. Especially since courtney_shea and fantasyrogue both had ones up and OMG I need a cat to get to see the lap sitting animation!

And you know, be able to actually make and share animals for pixel_trade. I'm really hoping people share pets, I want to put them in my game.

Notes about Pets: So puppies. Puppies right. Not only can you carry them and kittens around, but when they run sometimes they trip and it's the cutest. fucking. thing. ever. Though the horses eyes look creepy, like they don't have any. I played around with making some pets and the horses had a good eye color range, but all the horses in the neighborhood look eyeless and it's super creepy.

The amazing amount of bromance causes Daisy to go into labor.

And that's why family sims are the craziest aspiration.

I have enough pictures for one or two more posts and about two more in game weeks to play so I'm hoping to be done by next week. This household has been a bit tough to continue because I was playing it when things went to shit, but I want to work through it and finish them in a timely fashion.

TMI - Fetuses

I'll get this out here now because I know I've mentioned it to a couple of people and I'd hate to have to have awkward/accidentally painful conversations in a few months.

I was about 9-10 weeks pregnant and I found out last Tuesday that I was losing the sprog. The fetus/zygote had stopped developing weeks before so that's easier on my mind, but I've spent the last six days slowly finishing the miscarrying process.

So I'm sorry for the TMI post and I'll see you guys in a week or two when I've had time to get better and, well, get used to the new situation. I'm okay, my partner and I are a bit sad, but we've been reassured there was absolutely nothing we could have done, or did wrong, that would have changed what happened and that makes it easier.

Your sim has a lot of dreams, in addition to topping their career, they want to max every skill!

And that is my generational challenge. :D Which is one of my favorite things to do in the sims (why yes, yes I am quite boring).

Yes Milk, I in-point-of-fact cannot go a legacy/challenge without one of Bondchick's sims making some form of appearance.

But Milk is not receptive to our hero's advances.

Yeah, Milk isn't getting saddled into this round robin. Which is a pity, her genes would have been excellent.

Ace is not pleased with his promotion. Then again Ace always looks slightly annoyed with the world in general. It's his charm point.

No really it's her favorite hobby. She'll drop anything to take out the trash.

Their relationship is quiet...

But I guess they just have their own set of priorities. Relationships have been built on less.

And then she popped and decided the best remedy was to sleep way the nightmare.

So with Daisy's kick ass job they could afford a butler. Meet Magnus Okuma who is very worried about her pregnancy.

Not worried enough to cook for her when she's starving or anything, but he'll totally do puppy face. Ace with his one cooking point gets to try and save his wife from starvation.

Aw it's okay it's only a little burnt hon.

I mean just look at how much Daisy loves them!

This pregnancy crept up on me.

'I think my sandwich is screaming...'.

McSmith Legacy 2.0 A Little Bit of This A Little Bit of That

So rather than just kick them out I let Kennedy and Clyde (the losers) find love and start families, which means that generation two is shaping up to be roughly five entries long.

So here is part 1: Kennedy's Story with a side of Clyde

So I might have forgotten about Babs' birthday...

Still awesome just more pronounced facial features.

She celebrated by skinny dipping. Oh let's share that memory shall we? /sarcasm

She returns to see Ripley dueling the washer.

And then immediately leaves to go see a movie with Laquan instead. He's in the picture, he's just way in the back. True love. They know of it.

The stick is still winning...

But Babs has some pretty sweet moves now.

Speaking of sweet moves Laquan looking dashing in his orchestra tux.

Then I realized that the family hadn't been on a vacation and both Clyde and Babs wanted a board breaker...

Nothing like spending your afternoons playing chess while your mother trains.

Having a picnic on said grounds...

Except Kennedy. He's busy being athletic towards his lifetime wish.

Laquan then chose to busk for the citizens of sim!China's pleasure and his pocketbook.

And the vacation ended with Babs showing Kennedy how to properly sweat for his promotions.

As a reward (and because he wasn't going to win) Kennedy met his future spouse on his return.

Despite his mean-spiritedness they got along surprisingly well.

Very well indeed...

Except for, you know, where she rejected him.

Benji still finds you hot.

And realistically you don't actually want to get married just yet either...

Benji fit in well (because I made her) and Kennedy can't help but make extra, super sure, that yes, he did indeed max out his athletics. No more weight training for him!

Shortly after Benji discovered the little sheep of blissful pregnancy...

D'aww they're so cute. *pinches* They need to learn how to wear clothes, but cute nonetheless.

This time neither of them played games.

Bedroom weddings in your nightclothes slightly higher than bathroom hitchings in your underwear people!

Ahem...I might have forgotten about Laquan...

Clyde would like to take this opportunity to show you all the steps of a ghost hunt...

Step five. Bust said ghosts. Optional step six is take nap before busting ghosts...

Meanwhile back at the ranch...that burglar better run before Babs gets out of bed and breaks her legs...

Or you know, Kennedy could tackle her, I guess. In the long run she'll have fewer broken bones with the guy who only knows how to tackle. Versus the older lady who knows Kung Fu and how to tackle.

He won. With 10 Athletic it wasn't surprising. What was surprising was the police showing up and telling them that they were fining them 500 simoleans for the 'false alarm'. Um...okay. Sure how dare they stop the burglar. Bastards. They should let the police incompetently lose instead!

Kennedy gets his comfort on by playing with the baby instead.

And just as the officer leaves Babs finishes maxing her martial arts skill. Fear her for she is mighty.

It scared Benji into giving birth so it her fierceness is mighty indeed.

Meanwhile Clyde is cleaning up multiple situations.

Though this last guy thought he'd resist the afterlife inside of Clyde's ectoplasm gun.

Silly ghost, every McSmith is at least partially trained in athletics. Now get in that ectoplasm gun...

By the way who else thinks 'ectoplasm gun' sounds like a euphemism? Yeah I should probably stop calling it that.

Ripley (the heir) is around, she's just busy climbing the ranks of the medical profession because she loves money that much.

Kennedy becomes a cop to show the other cops how it's done.

The babies grew up! Mostly favoring Kennedy unfortunately. :( They have his skin and hair and I believe one of them has their mom's light blue eyes.

Foster is very possessive.

This was their babysitter. She was useless and a klepto which meant someone had to stay up to watch her, thus defeating the purpose of hiring her.

Oh yeah she also had no problem with leaving the kids alone tired, hungry, stinky and outside. A++ babysitter here.

So I had Babs fire her. Fiercely. I guess.

'Me! Give that to me!' Baby raging there.

Kennedy completely misunderstands. Ruby gets the grub instead!

Clyde wants nothing to do with his niece and nephew. He's interested in finding his own romance.

Oh Foster...

Possessive as ever.

Luckily Benji eventually rescues her from high chair land.

And with the birthday poses out of the way it was time for Kennedy's small family to enter the brave, scary world filled with freedom and lack of sim!god supervision.

Kennedy immediately got a job in the criminal underworld in case you're wondering. Benji became a politician. It's good to know that McSmith's raised a budding super villain. I mean, seriously, did you see his hat? Super Villain!

So with Generations having come out and EA releasing both the memory system and the ability to manually change life stages without buying it I decided to give the game another whirl (since I never even played with Late Night I just sheeple bought it and then ignored the game).

'Sides I have to see if I like it enough to warrant buying Generations and Pets at the end of the year. <.<

Meet Babylon Jack McSmith aka Babs our crinkly eyed founder. Unfortunately in my reinstall I forgot to include my ear hack so all awesome-eared Sims are now sadly just big eared.

Since she has the desire to max out both her Athletic and Martial Arts skills Babs sold most of her furniture to afford a trip to Sim!China and pick up a sparring dummy. She's very thrilled to be here.

Piece of Stick 1 Babs 0 Grasshopper has a long way to go before she beats this one.

But eventually (three days later) she did well enough to show off a couple of new suits and head back home taking PoS with her for more rematches. Sadly she couldn't afford Wood Chopper, but next time. Next time game.

Coming home Babs discovers her home suspiciously empty of anything cool so she wanders down the street and who catches her eye? None other than Laquaan by the lovely and awesome rhiannon_alexis. It's like he magically fell from the sky and just happened to move in there or something...

Promising start!

But like in all my TS3 efforts Babs was denied her first kiss. He's a legacy tease!

Not to be thwarted (get in muh legacy now!) Babs swiftly buys the Eye Candy perk and invites him back to her place. Several hours later (he's shy, it was hard) he's receptive to her suggestion that they go steady!

He even gave in to that kiss. :D

And with possibly a lack of ability to think straight due to sleep deprivation he also accepted her ring.

And they got married post coital. Priorities Laquaan has them.

I find it ironic that pregnancy now takes as long as infant & toddler hood combined in my game...why can't we adjust that too EA?!

I also didn't realize that pregnant sims aren't allowed to use exercise equipment or the training dummy so I'm really happy I made her handy because Laquaan can't turn on the faucet without breaking it.

Soon after it was time for the first possible heir.

And as soon as she was done right to the exercise machine. Just bam. No cuddle. See you later kid I have to go burn off those prego-pounds. <.< Good mothering skillz Babs has them...

Better shot. Laquaan struggled to take care of the kids despite the fact that I gave him childish to substitute my lack of Nurturing. He's shy so apparently his own spawn are just too awkward for him to be around.

Babs is very pleased to be pregnant again...

She got into it when she realized that she didn't have to spend all day upgrading the household this time.

I'm proud to announce that Ripley learned all her toddler training skills. Though she didn't have time to play with any skilling toys.

Laquaan actually sat down, started eating his soup and then realized she was in labor and panicked.

Then went back to his soup...anyway let's welcome...

Kennedy McSmith! Just like his sister he's got the nice skin blend of his parents and his dad's blond hair. However unlike his sister who inherited her mom's light purple eyes and his father who has light blue eyes...his are brown. Okay.

Unfortunately all Kennedy managed to learn was potty training before it was his birthday. Look his dad works a lot to keep them in free diapers and his mom had a lot of hard sleeping to do!

Oh hey! Guess who can finally go back to that Lifetime Wish! Go Babs; beat the stick!

Laquaan taking some personal time to jam out on a random street corner. I think it's ironic that the terminally shy sim is the one that rolled the want to go perform publicly. Also his Lifetime Wish is to max three skills so I put him in Music to bring in money and work on Guitar/Logic at the same time. Bonus!

You know...for parents that swarm that baby when it comes time for cuddles or snuggles they had no qualms about flat out refusing to teach him. I had to get Ripley to intervene so he could at least learn to poop in a bucket and talk.

Keep on with that A plus parenting Babs! Note the constantly absent Laquaan...

Clyde didn't quite get to walking before he aged up as ridiculously as possible.

Ripley really wanted to go fishing first thing in the morning...

And barely got a chance to before she was immediately picked up. I really wish that more rowdy kids had the chance to try and flee the police or something.

I can only imagine it this way:

"Hey mom! Mom guess what! Even though you saw me leave to go fishing I still got picked up by the cops! Then I got to ride in the squad car and work the siren! It was fantastic!"

"That's nice honey, mommy has to go...talk to daddy about this..." *shifty eyes*

Meanwhile Kennedy grew up sometime between the adults 'talking' and his sister getting busted. Or was it the night before while everyone was focused on not caring about Clyde's birthday?

And to celebrate she took the kids out to the community pool.

Then had a picnic party in the parking lot for this family is ghetto! Laquaan was legitimately at work this time.

That night it was Ripley and Clyde's age transition again (a few days passed, I didn't manage to get a lot of pictures...mostly it was the kids being delinquent and not wanting to attend school).

Anyway...Ripley's school friend Noel is helping her celebrate.

Then promptly ignored Clyde in favor of the stick. Noel, you're banned from the house from now on...

Clyde decided that he needed to get revenge on the stick for ruining his birthday, but instead got schooled.

And the family could afford not only a tiny room for Ripley, but also a chess set! Oh legacies. You start off so damn poor and then within two generations they'll be living in mansions with a live in butler. <.<

Then it was Kennedy's YA transition as well and I decided rather than playing through a few more days to get to Clyde's I'd just do a double birthday. Sorry bbs. Kennedy got screwed again and Clyde missed out on flunking high school with his adamant refusal to go! They suffered!

If people do want to recommend some books to me I'd love that! I like Science Fiction (soft psychological, space opera, superhero or cyberpunk), Fantasy (high, low, wacky), Paranormal (more horror/urban fantasy/dark less straight up horror) and Mysteries (just about any kind). I also enjoy Children/YA books especially ones more ground in fantasy/scifi/paranormal/spy/superhero/mystery than reality/slice-of-life. Anything retelling fairy tales, mythology, legends or nursery rhymes, and Gothic/Edwardian/Victorian literature is also fantastic.

For non-fiction I like mythology, fairy tales, legends and so forth and am interested in finding more sites/links recommendations for African, South American and Asian (non Japanese or Chinese) mythology and fairy tales.

I'm not especially fond of straight romance or erotica unless it's got genre (science fiction, fantasy, paranormal or mystery) elements to it. I don't mind and enjoy romantic or erotic elements in my normal (age appropriate) reading. I don't think that romance should be excluded in a book, even a genre one I just don't want it to be 350 pages of badly written softcore porn and 50 pages of detecting or hunting down the vampire.

Also I love anything that has LGBTQ or Asexual characters in it and people of color/other ethnic groups than white. Really I just like writing that doesn't fall into classic stereotypes that would be ridiculous or offensive by modern standards that are in a modern book. An Edwardian or Victorian book I'll wince and work past the amazing amounts of racism and only give myself a mild concussion slamming my head into the wall. I promise.

No, I'm not the only one that's forgotten about him.

But you know, he's damn helpful. He goes to work at his top level business job. He fights fires. He works in the garden all night.

Speaking of the garden I had Vanessa call over the gardening club lady to gauge my landscaping prowess.

And somehow we got the wishing well! Unfortunately I didn't realize getting the well/joining only counted for whoever called her so Potion didn't get the want I'd locked. :(

And the childcare has upgraded from a cat to an actual human. Makes feeding way easier when you've got thumbs.

Wylie is equally as confused as I am as to where my pictures of Wylie have gone. Like the ones where he's been with his wife at all since their bowling alley wedding.

Oh and twin girl Sakya. This makes one extra for Wylie's LTW of Graduating 3 Kids. Potion wants to get a job in Medicine which had been elusive up until their birth.

Kingston is also contributing to the family garden and his wish to be an over achiever.

Speaking of contributing...it's time for the older twins to get closer to being self sufficient.

Once there was four toddlers in the house things started to go to hell pretty fast, but the kids stayed strong.

The house was a nightmare to play at this point.

So Nemo consoled himself by buying some doggie companions. The poodle is Dobox hidden_kitten being played with by Alina olivethegreat and little Mojito madame_ugly.

Oh yeah Haggis got a lamp and promptly wished for wealth to help her with her LTW of earning 100k which is impossibly hard to do when one can't work and the house is full of babies.

Roy (Sorcha & Aramil). Who are now on birth control. Two kids are enough for them.

Aramil would autonomously rush upstairs to play with all the kids all the time.

Life carried on. The lot started getting unstable so Nemo was stuck explaining his insanely large household to Celestar on phone dates.

VIOLET THIS IS THE LAST ONE!

They are now working in shifts just to keep all the kids happy and alive.

Tam and Rohan still find time to date.

Haggis helping her son Skirlie grow up.

While Missy does Tam and Rohan a favor.

And ages up their son Hercule.

Tam started getting really depressed and in any spare moments all Rohan would do was lounge on their bed.

During all the chaos Aramil managed to achieve his LTW of Celebrity Chef. Yay! I have no idea how he managed this without dying when I'd accidentally leave him skilling for most of a day.

Sorcha rushes out to greet him.

And they enjoy the little joys of being a pair of Pleasure sims.

Rohan's turn with the kids...

because yes, Tam and Violet are pregnant. AGAIN. This was all happening autonomously which was a nightmare.

Last babies though (both Romeo and Rohan wanted to graduate three kids).

INCOMING!!! and then the lot started lagging something fierce...

BECAUSE GUESS WHAT?! Yes the dogs were in labor simultaneously. I though my game was going to commit suicide.

But somehow it survived and we have Sophie (Tam and Rohan)

and Beauregarde (Violet and Romeo)

Oh and Lime/Dobox had two puppies named Limequat and Grapefruit and McGee/Mojito had four puppies named Bacardi Quake, Mai-Tai Doom, Grog Rutledge & Zombie Scrapeland.

And somehow the lot was awesome for about five in-game hours (long enough to remember to save thankfully) before it started blue screening whenever anyone tried to do anything. Not my computer thankfully, but the game would go blue and hand there for forty plus minutes every minute or two and crashed. Cleaning the cache, using the batbox nothing worked so the aliens had to go.

Sorcha gets to celebrate Roy's birthday in the newly emptied house.

Who is a shy boy and I didn't get a picture of.

Nemo celebrated the empty house by exercising every waking minute he had left.

Ditto for Aramil whose new LTW is to be the top of Athletic.

Natasha managed to escape her crib to grow up.

Which she did well. :D

And then promptly passed out.

Nemo left his father and step-mother talking over dinner to leave for college. Which is where we'll see him next.

So what happened to the rest? Well Haggis Walker (nee Moon) continued being a stay-at-home mom for Pluck and Skirlie.

Being able to pay attention completely to her own sons (she and Missy are fixed so no extra surprises).

And she kept her lamp.

Which was handy for their future needs since they wanted to move into a proper home starting the next round.

Missy played games to unwind...

when she wasn't off to her LTW job in education.

Lime contributed to the family household with a job in rescue. Dobox and the puppies came along as well naturally.

Pluck grew up well.

And promptly started tormenting Skirlie.

And then went 180 on me and started being nice to him. All autonomously.

Meanwhile I initially had both Moon sub families share a shack to cover expenses.

Charlotte grew up.

As did Verona.

And Tam took over toddler training with a no-nonsense approach.

The toddlers bonded over the play table in their spare time.

While Tam...

and Violet made sure to give the littlest Moon's lots of attention.

Skylark being the oldest of the aliens grew up one fine spring day.

Mere hours before his little brother Beauregarde took his place as a toddler.

It was also Sophie's birthday.

And tam reminds everyone...

Child raising is as easy as tossing the baby...

to catch the toddler.

and Beauregarde Moon send the readers off. Next time they will be living separately in their own furnished homes.

<.< Nice to see Romeo's incredibly pointy chin rear it's special unique qualities once more. I missed it, even if my husband called Beau nightmare fuel.

Aramil/Sorcha: Natasha for a Russian style name in honor Aramil's country of origin name and Roy for Sorcha's Scottish one.
Haggis/Missy: Pluck (for the action of plucking the bits that make up Haggis) and Skirlie for another gnarly Scottish side dish (courtesy of Wiki).
Violet/Romeo: Skylark (after a wiki entry about a purple spaceship? I can't find the reference now, so I might have made it up in a fit of insomnia) Verona for Shakespeare's setting and Beauregarde for Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (Violet Beauregarde).
Tamara/Rohan: Hercule, Charlotte and Sophie named after the French Nobility House of Rohan (thanks Wiki, I hope you were at least 50% correct!).

I just got a notification on my mediafire account that my sim file 'BulletsNoCC" has been removed after Universal Music filed a complaint against it for being in copyright violation of their music.

Bullets. You know the violinist sims from the Person Below Me. That I expressly didn't rar or anything so all her sim pack-y goodness was just hanging out there. *pinches brow* I'm really glad that the music drones are programed to recognize this new form of internet piracy, smuggling music inside of sims! Yes, this is a danger that has been plaguing the internets for too long!

I've never had a file pulled for copyright violation, so I spent a nice half hour explaining in massive detail exactly what a sims2.pack was, what the sims 2 are, the meaning behind the naming of the file, what the meaning behind Bullets name was, EA's own exchange policies and allowances and oh yeah, how a sims2.pack isn't a form of music and doesn't work if you don't have, you know, the Sims 2.

Well that makes me paranoid and ~~totally not want to share sims anymore~~. Sitting on my hands not sharing sims anymore in case I'm in some weird flagged-by-Universal-Music-for-music-infringement-limbo where they are watching my cleverly disguised Razzle, waiting for her to really be 'Rock Me Like a Hurricane' and then they win! They win!!!.

Day 2: Waiting to hear back from them still.

And this is my attempt using TS3. <.<

Sims come in two versions. One is completely base game compatible, traits, hair, clothes and no sliders. Two is still base game compatible in traits, hair and clothes, but contains ear sliders by CmarNYC. I have all three expansions and am patched through 6.2.

Feel free to change hair/eye/skin color, gender, age, names, traits, likes, signs. Kill them off, shove them in town and laugh at their exploits in story progression and so forth. It's all good.

My husband was disappointed that I forgot to mention that while I was making Pippy I told him plainly that on her planet she's the epitome of beauty. You think just anyone can make their eyebrows into a walking badge of justice? And possible extreme fan appreciation of Wonder Woman... Anyway the answer is no! And she looks a bit like a wombat. Or maybe that's just the tired talking. While Babylon Jack I was shooting for 'catlike'. Maybe it'd look better if I put her in the kitty hat?

Meet Marianne Sholto and Saturnalia Merriweather...

Marianne is actually a double alien. She crash landed on Charon and then made the trip to Simla with the others.

Her best friend Saturnalia does all her maintenance work. Which tends to be a lot since Sat here is a fish person and well, you know water and robots tend to not mix.

Marianne wants you to know she's really docile and kind contrary to what you're seeing. She even wears glasses just so that humans can stop going 'oh no! A murderbot from Charon has come to kill us!' Instead they tend to ask 'why would a robot need glasses?'

Saturnalia gets asked if she's from Saturn rather often and gets pretty tired of having to explain that since she doesn't have a tail, she's clearly not. She can get frustrated with ignorant humans and their lack of basic space knowledge...but more importantly are her tentacles in place?

The girls will send you off with a rap now and thank you for coming by to see the alien delegation form Charon or otherwise known as Planet Sue to their people.

I tried four times but I couldn't get 'barely there' elf ears. Does that take special templates or insane amounts of breeding? I don't have any template replacements so all I can get is short and skinny or large and visible from space for elfies. <.< So yeah if you want one of them and would like to murder the ears off them, that's totally cool.

I've been playing my prosperity and I'm watching one of my heirs happily engaging in a polyamorous relationship with his wife and mistress.

A relationship both women are aware of and has been going on since college.

WTF Sims? I'm sure this is a glitch, but all I could think was this is the same sim that can't manage to go to the bathroom on his own, but he can sustain two loving relationships and it's not just woohoo or booty calls.

This is going to be a minimal dialog/mostly pic spam post. I've been so caught up in playing and I seriously have been not feeling chatty lately.

4.6 I Forgot My Keys! Your sims are locked out of their own house for a week while the entire city's locksmiths are on strike. You're allowed to purchase two tents maximum in addition to anything else you may have outside the house already, but nothing else. You're allowed to keep your infants/toddlers 'in the shed' with one fridge to avoid having them taken by the social worker - no other sim may eat from the fridge, however.

Ah the classic eat-marshmallows-because-you-can't-get-inside-scenario...

Indigo daisywenham is not coping well with the situation.

Sherlock sixamsims seems to be really into him, but unfortunately Flemeth will_o_whisper is literally inside him.

That. That just looks so painful Indigo. He can see the mighty plumbbob in the sky.

But in the end Sherlock is overwhelmed by Indigo's willingness to kill himself to get his attention and they get married.

Not to be outdone later Ernest tehlobster rushes kiss first into a relationship with Roxana erykahfairy.

And despite his best efforts Kieren tinykat did not go home with them.

Jellyfish lastj is understandably confused. He comes home from school and both his father and his uncle have gotten married? Despite the fact that they live in tents in the front lawn.

So when he rolled the desire for some electronics who was I to deny him?

Luckily Jellyfish is the intelligent one in his family. A good sign in an heir.

Douglas the dog boolpropbea and Flock tend to just hang out with each other.

When Douglas isn't trying to convince the mailman to adopt him.

Don't worry. I'm pretty sure he'll be fine!

I mean as fine as giving birth simultaneously as his husband and sister-in-law can be.

Watson - a girl. Named for Sherlock's literature sidekick.

Ajna - another girl. Named for the sixth chakra.

And despite being exhausted we're still not done.

Roxana gives birth to Cassander - a boy. Named for the man who killed the Roxana from history.

Since Jellyfish rolled the desire to get into private school I complied.

In hindsight...well Jellyfish didn't get in. What with no dinner, only the nursery to show off and you know the piles of baby trash everywhere. Sorry Jellyfish.

Life continued on the front lawn.

And the guys went off on a date.

And then wanted me to know that other people's failed attempts at romance are an incredible turn on for them. Thanks boys. Stay classy.

Also the dogs are getting along wonderfully...

And Jellyfish just won greatest heir ever by autonomously picking up each one of his cousins/siblings and changing their diapers. I thought my game was going to have an apocalypse after this.

So I had Flock wow the headmaster and get Jellyfish into private school since he still had the desire.

Babies learning skills.

Since Jellyfish is so awesome I let him go out and try and find a boy/girlfriend to take with him to college since the prosperity rules say they need to be best friends to come along.

He had the best chemistry with Lei bbyclawz 2 bolts.

I am so sorry Jellyfish. I, well, at least she wasn't your best friend so she's not going to college with you right? Yeah so Jellyfish goes to college alone, but will meet up with the other household heirs.

Oh yeah, the dogs managed to stop beating each other up enough to have puppies.

A lot of this had to do with Flock being BFF's with the dogs. Aw puppy cuteness.

The week ends with the kidlets growing up. I actually really like all four of them a lot, but I don't let myself get too excited since they aren't heirs to this household and I'm not sure how many of them are going to breed since I don't want a huge population boom too early. But still I kind of love them.
