Every PEM nanny is carefully selected and professionally trained under our 150-hour in-house program. With over 30 years of experience and 50,000+ happy mums served, PEM is Singapore's largest and most trusted confinement nanny agency.

Once you're ready, we'll arrange an appointment with our consultant to collect the deposit and sign the contract. Deposit payment can be made by PayNow or internet banking.

If you have to cancel your booking due to any medical reasons, kindly provide us with a doctor's letter, and you will receive a full refund of the deposit.

The initial non-refundable deposit varies depending on factors like the number of days, single or twin birth, etc. We'll advise the amount after receiving your enquiry.

We accept Internet Banking and PayNow.

A confinement nanny supports mum and newborn in the first month, handling baby care, cooking confinement meals, and guiding mums through postnatal recovery.

Ideally, it would be wise to give us a heads up at least 6 to 7 months before your Estimated Delivery Date (EDD). This is due to the high and rising demand in our services. By contacting us earlier, we will be able to schedule and reserve a confinement nanny for you.

Most clients book 6 to 7 months before their EDD, as availability is limited and bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes, every PEM confinement lady is experienced. Each one completes 150 hours of in-house training and handles a minimum of 8 assignments per year to maintain hands-on skills. If you have any specific needs, just let us know, we'll match you with a suitable nanny based on your preferences.

We offer up to 2 free nanny replacements for all our clients to ensure your satisfaction and peace of mind.

Yes, all our confinement nanny Singapore are trained in breastfeeding. They can guide you on breastfeeding positions and how to latch your baby.

For extension of service, kindly call us once the service has started, and we will check on the nanny's availability and vacancy for you.

Yes, you can appoint a nanny (subject to availability). There will be an additional charge of $250 as an appointing nanny fee. Kindly provide the nanny's name and code number for us to check the nanny's availability for you.

Confinement nanny duties include day and night newborn care, preparing confinement meals, guiding parents with nursing and baby care, and handling basic household chores.

Our nanny prepares nourishing dishes like pork trotter, yellow wine chicken and herbal soups, and will tailor meals to your taste.

All of our nannies speak Mandarin. Meanwhile, we do have some nannies who can speak basic English.

Yes, we offer daytime confinement nanny Singapore from 9am to 6pm daily. Please note that the same charges apply.

Yes, for full-time service, the nanny will stay in your home during the confinement period. We also offer day-time confinement nannies.

Yes, for a live-in nanny, you'll need to provide 3 daily meals and a proper bedroom with a separate mattress. The room should not be shared with any male adult.

We'll handle everything for you, including the confinement nanny work permit application, to make the process as easy as possible.

You may choose to purchase an insurance plan for your nanny during her stay. It helps cover medical expenses if she falls sick or needs treatment. Feel free to contact us for more information.
