1. Does One Medical have other offices? Can I get care at these offices too?

   One Medical currently has offices across the United States. Patients can experience great in-person care when they travel to other locations with One Medical offices outside of the Denver and Colorado Springs area, however services delivered at these locations are not covered by the direct primary care service fees that you pay (or which are paid on your behalf by an employer) and may generate claims submitted to insurance, or for self-pay, as applicable.

   Once registered with One Medical, members can also begin using 24/7 on-demand virtual care via the One Medical app, at no additional cost regardless of the market you are in.

2. Does One Medical offer pediatrics?

   Yes, the offices in Denver and Colorado Springs see patients of all ages.

   There are other One Medical offices across the US who see patients of all ages as well, called family practice offices. However the DPC agreement will not cover care in these other markets, therefore we would bill insurance or would be self-pay, as applicable.

3. How do lab services at One Medical work?

   One Medical offers on-site laboratory services on a walk-in basis, with no need for an appointment. Our staff will put you at ease, draw your blood and collect other specimens in an anxiety-free environment. Your healthcare provider will order any specific tests you need.

4. Can One Medical refill my prescriptions?

   Yes, within the One Medical app and desktop interface, you can request and manage prescription renewals to be sent to your chosen pharmacy.

   Your prescriptions can also be filled at the five One Medical offices seeing DPC patients in the Denver and Colorado Springs area. Depending on your membership type, medications are offered at a discounted rate or fully covered by your plan.

5. Who has access to my medical information?

   One Medical is committed to protecting the privacy of your Protected Health Information (PHI). Necessary One Medical staff will use and disclose your personal health information in connection to your treatment, payment for your care, and our healthcare operations. All of our employees and physicians are required to maintain the confidentiality of PHI and receive appropriate privacy training.
