PeakDay App Media Kit
The Fertility Science Institute by Couple to Couple League is launching an updated version of PeakDay, its Catholic fertility and period-tracking app, which has already been downloaded nearly 200,000 times in the past year. Designed as a safe, values-driven alternative to mainstream fertility apps that often promote birth control, abortion, and other controversial agendas, PeakDay empowers women to track their fertility while staying true to their Catholic beliefs. To start 2026, women are invited to take a 60-day personal challenge to improve cycle health, with a free trial of PeakDay’s premium features included.

FROM THE PEAKDAY TEAM:

Katie Zulanas
Katie Zulanas is the Executive Director of the Couple to Couple League (CCL), an organization that supports excellent fertility awareness education - of women (and men!) with classes, coaching and the excellent PeakDay app. With a background in software engineering and marketing, Katie has focused on providing platforms to allow teachers to support women and men through a lifetime of fertility. With millions of women downloading fertility apps, there is an unprecedented need for solid scientifically-based education regarding fertility which supports the dignity of the human person and safeguards the creation of new life. Katie is most energized by lending her skills to help CCL volunteers as they continue on with their mission to share the gift of Humanae Vitae. Katie and her husband Tom spent many years as "promoters" before becoming a certified teaching couple recently. Katie served on the Board of Directors before becoming Executive Director in 2019. Katie and Tom are blessed with two sons and daughter-in law.
Nicholas Vicinanzo
Nick Vicinanzo serves as the Ministry Consultant at the Couple to Couple League (CCL), where he partners with parishes and dioceses across the country to build thriving NFP ministries for marriage preparation and ongoing marriage enrichment. In this role, he connects Church leaders with CCL's full suite of resources, including courses for engaged and married couples, training for parish teaching teams, and digital tools through MyParishNFP, all provided at no cost to dioceses and parishes.
A lifelong Catholic and one of twelve children, Nick holds degrees from Franciscan University of Steubenville and Brown University and brings distinct expertise in Catholic media and technology partnerships. He and his wife practice CCL's Sympto-Thermal Method in their own marriage and family life, and as a husband and new father of one (so far!), he is personally invested in the mission he serves every day. Nick is passionate about accompanying couples as they grow in their understanding of natural family planning and the beauty of sacramental marriage.
