PDFgear allows you to modify PDF files, convert files to and from PDF format, compress, join or split them, visualize, print or edit them, pretty much like any other PDF program.
Its interface is simple to use, but at the same time, it is very comprehensive regarding the different formats to and from which you can convert your files.
When editing a file, the program shows a dialog box named “PDFgear copilot”, which is an option that allows you to “chat” with your documents and obtain precise information about them without the need for actually reading them. You don’t need to stop editing, and you can continue while chatting. This is a feature that distinguishes this program from others that are similar.
I found no major problems when using it. However, the PDF splitting option didn't work for me, and the online help guide, which you can access via a link in the program, is rather short.
