Welcome to the Pinellas County Hunter Association
Celebrating 78 years in 2026, Pinellas County Hunter Association (PCHA) was established in 1948, incorporated in 1987, and has today evolved into a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. We continue to build on the Association's mission and goal to create, stimulate, and promote interest in horseback riding in Pinellas and surrounding counties. Over the years, we have grown from a one-day, one-ring horse show to a 2-day, 4-ring, premier non-rated horse show held at the Bob Thomas Equestrian Center at the Florida State Fairgrounds. We are a voluntary organization, and we take great pride in providing six hunter/jumper shows a year, facilitating the showing of horses in a quality, safe environment, promoting and developing sportsmanship.
