EULA - End User License Agreement

License for use and distribution

This licence describes the conditions under which you may use
PC Speed Scan ("the program"). If you are unable or unwilling to accept
these conditions in full, then, notwithstanding the conditions in the
remainder of this licence, you may not use the program at all.
This agreement is between you, who may herein after also be referred to as the
"Licensee", who has the authority to install the software, and PC Speed Scan,
who may herein after also be referred to as the "Licensor." This agreement will
apply to the downloaded software application and the installation program that
will be used to install the software, and all subsequent applications, updates
and modifications which may also be referred to collectively as the software.

Our applications do not contain adware or spyware of any kind. Anyone may use
this software for a trial. Following this test, if you wish to continue to use
the program, you must register.

There is only one type of license issued for the program : A single computer
usage license. The user purchases one license to use the program on
one computer.

To register you must buy the program.

The unregistered demo version of the program may be freely distributed, with
exceptions noted below, provided the distribution package is not modified
in any way.

1. No person or company may distribute separate parts of the package,
without written permission of the copyright owner.

2. The unregistered demo version of the program may not be distributed
inside of any other software package without written permission
of the copyright owner.

3. Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on the same
distribution.

Any use of the program which is illegal under international or local
law is forbidden by this licence. Any such action is the sole responsibility
of the person committing the action.

The program is distributed "AS IS" and you assume full responsibility for
determining the suitability of the program and for results obtained.

Ascentive Software makes no warranty that all errors have been or can be
eliminated from the program software and, with respect thereto,
he shall not be responsible for losses, damages, costs, or
expenses of any kind resulting from using or misusing the program including
without limitation, any liability for business expenses, machine downtime,
damages experienced by you or any third person as a result of any
deficiency, defect, bug, malfunction or other errors.

NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE THE
PROGRAM AT YOUR OWN RISK. SOFTWARE VENDOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES,
EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NOBODY WILL
BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER
KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

You may not distribute, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease and sell
the program. Also, you may not modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise
reverse engineer, or transfer the program, or any subset of the program,
except to the extent and for the express purposes authorized by applicable
law. Any such unauthorised use shall result in immediate and automatic
termination of this licence and may result in criminal or civil prosecution.

All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Ascentive Software.

If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must remove files
of the program from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
