How does online registration work?

To get registered, you are required to complete a registration form available on this website. Read and understand the information for participants in the Registration section and click “PARTICIPATE”. Next, fill in all fields marked with *. Be sure to specify your Telegram nickname, which will be used as an alternative channel for sending your ticket if your mail address rejects messages. Wait for the inscription “Thank you for your interest in our Forum. The Steering Committee members will contact you soon.”

The registration is not deemed successful unless you have received a confirmation letter with a link to your personal electronic ticket. The letter will be sent to the address you submitted in the registration form.

Why did I fail to receive a response to my registration request?

All initiated registrations are reviewed on an individual basis. It may take some time due to the large number of applications and the limit on the number of participants. The Steering Committee may decline your registration without giving reasons, but you will be notified by e-mail. Please specify your corporate e-mail address, as registration forms without one are considered last. For prompt communication, write to plusforum@plus-alliance.com

Participation fee payment methods

• Bank transfer against proforma‑invoice (your company details are required to issue the invoice)
• Online payment by bank card.

After your application is reviewed, a Steering Committee officer will contact you to clarify the payment method details.

How can I ask a speaker?

1. Open the mobile application;
2. Go to the “Programme” tab;
3. Select the required session;
4. Click the “?” button;
5. Select a presentation regarding which you would like to ask a question.

What happens upon arrival at the Forum?

To receive a Forum participant badge at the registration desk, please present:

• Your admission ticket bearing a unique ID (printed or saved on a gadget);
• Your business card.

After registration, you will receive a personal badge and information materials of the Forum.

Where can I see the location of the stand and how?

See the exhibition floor plan in the PLUS‑Forum mobile application (pending) and on the Forum website.

Where to park a car and how?

Rules for vehicle entry/exit and stay in the visitor parking area:

• Parking on the territory of the hotel is paid; only the first 15 minutes of the first hour are free.
• Parking fee: RUB300 per hour for any car (including passenger, cargo vehicles, and buses).

Where can I get a parking pass?

A daytime pass for events at the hotel is available: for 1 car = RUB1,000 per day (from 07:00 to 23:59), with further payment through automatic cash desks (at the Main Entrance or Club Entrance) at an hourly rate of RUB300. An application for the pass should be made in advance at the Parking Department office and paid against the invoice before the service starts.

How can I pay for my parking?

Payment for parking services at a one-time hourly rate is made through automatic cash desks, either by cash or credit/payment card. The hotel features two automatic cash desks at the Main Entrance, operating 24 hours a day. After payment, you will receive a fiscal receipt. When leaving, the driver inserts a parking card into the exit counter, which reads the payment information and opens the parking barrier. If a parking card is lost, a compensation of RUB500 per piece is charged, plus an additional fee based on the duration of the car’s stay.

Early registration for participants' convenience: September 7 from 16:00 to 20:00 (the day before the event).

Registration on September 8, 2026:

• Registration: 08:00 - 18:30
• Exhibition hours: 08:00 - 19:00
• Conference opening: 09:00
• Standing dinner after the Conference: from 19:00 till 21:00 (by invitation only)

On September 9, 2026:

• Registration: from 08:30 to 18:30
• Exhibition hours: from 08:00 to 19:00
• Conference hours: 10:00 to 19:00

Where are the Conference Rooms located?

The Conference will be held in three parallel streams at the Big Conference Room, Tolstoy/Pushkin Room, and Chekhov Room.

• Big Conference Room (go upstairs from the registration desk to the second floor).
• Two entrances to the Big Conference Room directly from the exhibition hall; entrances to the Tolstoy/Pushkin and Chekhov rooms are accessible from the corridor to the left of the Big Conference Room doors.

A catering area will be organized for the Forum delegates and partners.

On the evening of September 9, a standing dinner will be held at the Radisson Slavyanskaya Hotel & Business Center for VIP ticket holders. The number of invitations is strictly limited and distributed at the discretion of the Steering Committee.

Speakers' presentations allowed for distribution will be available to delegates who completed the Delegate Questionnaire form in the PLUS‑Forum mobile application or received them by e‑mail. Links to the available presentations and photos will be sent to the delegate at the address specified in the Questionnaire.

PLUS‑Forum photos and a summary video will be posted in the PLUS Group Telegram channels within 2 weeks after the event.
