Welcome, friend, to the humble Patreon page of David C. Drake: writer, programmer, game designer, and Linux enthusiast. My creative work is focused on three things: Developing multi-platform games, in a Linux environment, as founder and lead game designer/programmer of Golden Drake Studios (GDS). Progress has been slow due to constraints on my schedule and finances, but with your support I can devote more time to these efforts and finally complete GDS's first major release: the fantasy action-RPG Adventures Unending! Creating videos for the GDS YouTube channel along with my two personal YouTube channels—one in English, one in Mandarin Chinese (大衛追客)—on such topics as gaming, game design, Linux, computer science, philosophy, current events, world history, Chinese language and culture, and humanity's future. I have lots of content in the works and more planned for the future for each of these channels! Updating and improving Golden Drake Linux (GDL), a custom Arch Linux installer for gamers and game developers.
