This page is dedicated to the retro-computing software in an area of emulating a DOS-compatible environment under linux. I maintain the <a href="https://github.com/dosemu2" target="_blank">dosemu2</a> project, which is an attempt to create a thin, fast and secure emulation layer for running DOS programs. Another on-going project is a tool-chain that will build djgpp-written DOS apps (with some minor porting efforts perhaps) under 64 bits. dosemu2 will be used as a launcher for such apps and will supply a DOS services to them, but the execution is going to be native, on a 64bit host. If you have some old djgpp-written app, give it a new life under 64bits! :)
