Howdy! My name is Brad, and I believe software should be free. That's why all of the apps I release are&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/amiantos">fully open source</a>, and free of charge--and that's literally free, not "I sell your data to third parties" free; all my apps have no-nonsense privacy policies that stipulate your personal data is never shared with anyone, ever, for any purpose. While I love giving away free software, living and servers aren't free, so I'm asking you to help support me while I create and maintain these projects.

Who am I? 
 
My name is Brad Root, and I've been building websites and running blogs for over two decades now. In the late 2000's,&nbsp;I ran an ad-free music blog called&nbsp;ſtaires! an adventure in listening where I wrote about ~400 of my favorite songs. 
 
I started building apps a couple years ago, my first iOS app was&nbsp;<a href="https://www.github.com/numutracker/numutracker_ios">Numu Tracker</a>, an app that helps you keep track of music you need to listen to, and alerts you to new releases and additions. Since then, I've been working slowly on&nbsp;<a href="https://aeongarden.dev/">Aeon Garden</a>, released&nbsp;<a href="https://www.github.com/amiantos/lifesaver">Life Saver</a> for Apple TV and macOS, built&nbsp;<a href="https://www.github.com/amiantos/gamebookengine">Gamebook Engine</a>, and released&nbsp;<a href="https://github.com/amiantos/pibar">PiBar</a>. All of these projects are fully open source and licensed under the Mozilla Public License v2. I also have a blog at&nbsp;<a href="https://amiantos.net">Amiantos.net</a> where I write every week about what I've been working on, so you can learn about my thought process behind apps and features, and how I go about developing them.
