Pathfinder Oncology is led by William (Willy) Hoos, a seasoned healthcare executive, entrepreneur, and venture leader in oncology innovation. Willy has served as the founder and CEO of NQ Oncology, a venture partner at Pilot Mountain Ventures, and Vice President of Strategy with xCures, a company focused on patient-centric oncology clinical trials. He has advised global medical diagnostic, device, pharmaceutical, and patient advocacy organizations, including Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and Skyline Diagnostics BV.
