4 realistic dusty/crusty tape loop buffers with pitch and playback direction controls. Each parameter modulation type can be automated through random probability, including recording/playback, for truly delightful nostalgic-soundscape creation.
Embrace the imperfections. Have thorough and immediate control over your sound. INCLUDING dialing the ‘tape’ sound back all the way and just having 4 clean, modulatable loop buffers (if you’re one of those people that hates beauty).
NOTE: for some reason when you load the patch, it sometimes has 1 or more loopers set to the “record” position right away. You can just stop the recording and clear the buffer to clean the slate.
This patch is dense and convoluted (for me) because of the sheer number of controls on the first two pages. In the second half of the demo video I go into some detail about how it all works and what I learned through the process of building it.
