Extension of Oberfiliter 1.

A three oscillator version with noise and PWM LFOs per oscillator. Note that oscillator 3 is not used in some of the variations, simply by turning all the waveform levels to zero.

To reduce cabling buses are used. Bus 1 is pitch,Bus 2 gate, and Bus 3 is velocity.
