Digitone/Digitakt MIDI control via Surface Builder.
This goes deep into the midi controls for each device. Very helpful allowing a novice to explore, experiment and learn. I expect advanced users will find it useful too.
In AUM, StreamByter was used to redirect the MIDI channel to each synth track or multiple tracks at the same time. MIDI channel 10 is the default for the currently selected track on the synth. This interface can be used without StreamByter and the selected track on Digitakt/Digitone hardware will receive the changes. The midi redirect simply sends ch 10 messages to a different midi channel or multiple channels at the same time. Other midi channels are used for global setting, mix volume and mutes, other channels are not effected on ch 10 messages.
Example StreamByter code:
X9 = X0 # remap channel 10 to 1
The Bypass function was used in AUM, to engage and disengage midi redirects.
3 pages for each device. Simply delete scenes if you have one device.
Top row track buttons send midi notes on ch 16 to engage active tracks via StreamByter, other midi manipulation software can be used.
Video will be posted soon.
