Teeth & More
So Gillian has lost both of her top two front teeth, now. One last Saturday morning, the other this Saturday morning. This, of course, means that I spend time trying to make sure I have an actual dollar in cash to put under her pillow, and then I spend the evening hoping that she's going to fall asleep quickly, but not on her pillow, and then hoping that I actually remember to put the dollar under her pillow.
Luckily, she hasn't gotten to the stage of comparing notes with others about how much they get for their teeth. I figure a dollar is a fair enough amount. Isn't it? I would do just fifty cents, really, but putting paper money underneath the pillow is easier somehow than coinage.
We finally started watching season four of Buffy. We bought it right before November sweeps, and November was busy on top of trying to watch brand new shows. Then there was the holidays. I can't remember why we didn't get a chance to do it in January. Then February and again, brand new shows. So now it's the end of February and we're finally watching again. March is a dead month as far as television. The evil hiatus and all such as that. So there's that to watch. In addition to the other things I have to watch. :)
I really ought to pick a candidate to support for the Democratic nomination. Research. Ugh. I hate using their official websites because they don't really say very much. Anyone have any recommendations for other places to look for information? I have actual money to give away, people! I have time I could contribute! Not that any Democratic presidential candidates will come to my state after the primaries are over, since, you know, we're dumb redneck Republicans down here. Fuck that shit. I ought to write a nasty letter to Dean. "I gave money to your 2004 campaign! Send real people and real money to my state! We are not as lost as you think!"
At least I hope we aren't.
