Puzzles are triggered by obtaining certain #Tags or @Profiles. The following explains how to unlock each puzzle and the solution. Each part is encoded with rot13, you can copy-paste the encoded text here: http://rot13.com - you don't have to decode the whole thing, just the part you're stuck on.

 

If you don't have a message from a given user, decode the "Triggers" section to find how to trigger it. If you have the puzzle but aren't sure what the answer is, decode the "Answer" section.
