happy valentines day!

i guess i'm still the only one having valentines, you guys are still on yesterday! well, i'm excited cause this is the first valentines since i was 17 that i've actually had a boyfriend! and he's a super creative type boy, so i'm gonna get something pretty cool. i did creative things too, with letraset, plastic, gouache, thread, pins, red nylon and a pink zipper. sounds great doesn't it ;-) toby loved what i made, which is cool. i don't get my present until tonight, probably not until after midnight when it isn't valentines anymore, cause i'm working then he is working grrr. but he is visiting after work, its our last time to hang out before my parents arrive tomorrow for a week and a half. and i think my mum still thinks i'm a virgin and anyway, i have to sleep on the couch while they have my bed. grrr. so i'm going away with my folks this weekend, to a wicked deserted part of the coast to a little tiny bach. we are staying here in the beachcombers bach. should be so much fun, i can't wait. so relaxing! mike, i'm going to take all those hitchhikers books with me, and i'll probably get through most if not all of them! and i've got some crafty creative things to take to make allison a present! i can't believe i'll have all that time on my hands and no-one to distract me!
and with the fantastic weather lately, i'll be able to swim all day (and i'll need to , humidity today is 90%, and it was 18 degrees celsius at 7am this morning. auckland had 97% humidity on monday - the day we drove back home, and boy you could tell. we were sweltering in our tiny non-airconditioned car!). mmmm, talking about this has got me all excited about it. its only two days to go, and then three glorious days off! yippee!
