Melissa Duggan
Let me introduce myself. My name is Melissa. I am an educator, an advisor, and a therapist. I have spent my career working with kids and young adults from 4-25 years old. I have a Master in Education and a Master in Counselling Psychology. I work in the world of career development but combine my knowledge of industry, education, and biopsychosocial development to support my clients in therapy. I believe supporting our nervous system by understanding it, providing compassion, and then moving to set goals can support long term mental health and flourishing.
With a focus on ADHD, Depression and Anxiety, I work collaboratively with clients to find the mind body connection that is in need of support. With a focus on neurodivergence, we will explore coping strategies for big emotions, how to flow with scheduling and navigating the neurotypical world. When we work together on depression and anxiety, we are going to focus on behavioural activation strategies and supporting our nervous system.

Edia Emamyar
Hi, my name is Edia Emamyar. I work with a diverse population of individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and other mental health concerns. My clinical interests include fostering self-awareness, strengthening boundaries, exploring cultural identity, and addressing the lasting impact of early childhood experiences and trauma. I recognize that reaching out for support can be one of the most difficult steps in the healing process, and I view the decision to seek therapy as an act of courage and self-compassion. I use an integrated therapeutic approach, blending trauma-informed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and somatic psychotherapy. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work alongside clients to better understand their challenges, identify meaningful goals, and develop strategies that align with their unique needs and values.
