Today we are going from
this: to this:.

1. First make a new layer fill it with #183d54. Set the layer to 66% Opacity.

2. Make another new layer fill it with #fee8e0, set it to colorburn at 100%.
3. Make another new layer, fill it with #f49e99, set it to softlight at 25%
4. Go to Layers > New Adjustmentdjustment Layer > Curves. Set In: 208 and Out:215.

5. Go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Brightness/Contrast. Set Brightness to +8, and contrast to +51.

6. For the last step go to Layers > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color. Go to reds and set it at:
Cyan: -45
Magenta: 4
Yellow: 6
Black: -2
Then go to Neutrals and input these values:
Cyan: 49
Magenta: -6
Yellow: 15
Black: -7
You're done, just flatten the image and save!</div>
