About Me

I am currently a research professor (directeur de recherche) at the Mind team, INRIA Saclay Île-de-France and the Deputy Scientific Director of the DataIA institute of the Paris-Saclay University.

My work mainly focuses on developing mathematical models of brain anatomy through Diffusion MRI and Functional MRI, as well as their clinical applications. I also have interests in image registration and machine learning.
