Introduction to TOPdesk Mobile
As an operator, you want to keep track of your tasks while being on site. TOPdesk Mobile is optimized for your mobile phone’s display and developed with the flexible operator in mind.
TOPdesk Mobile for operators supports Calls, Change (Authorization) Activities, Simple Changes, and Operational Activities.
Filter tasks by operator (Own or Group), by branch and by target date. On the tasks, you can post replies, update the status, assign to other operators, view and add attachments, and view pictures inline.
You can access TOPdesk Mobile two ways: either via the web application (your device's browser), or via the store application (downloaded from the App or Play stores).
Web application
The web application is optimised for the browser of your mobile device.
You can access it one of the following ways:
Enter the URL in your browser:
<your TOPdesk URL>/services/navigationUse any QR code scanner application to scan the QR code from Settings > Functional Settings > Mobile.
The supported browser and versions:
Chrome for Android devices, Android versions: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15
Safari for iOS devices, iOS versions: latest version, latest version-1
Display the desktop version
Use the menu, opened from the top-left corner, to give feedback on the app, go to the desktop version, change your notification settings, or log out from the app.
Store application
You can download the TOPdesk Mobile app from the App & Play stores. Read more at Installation.
We test the store application with the Microsoft two-step authentication (2FA) for the SSO. You can find the Entra-Intune testing specifications in Mobile testing specifications.
important
We don't test the store application with different settings or any other third-party tool, device management system, or VPN settings.
In case you have difficulty connecting to your TOPdesk environment, please use the web application.
