Their solution emphasises global payroll workflows, real-time analytics, compliance, global payments, employee self-service, and contractor and Employer of Record (EOR) payments.
The challenge: extending a global payroll platform to mobile
The goal of this project was to expand Vistra + iiPay’s existing web platform by developing a mobile application, allowing users to access vital payroll information anytime and anywhere. Designed as a strategic extension rather than a standalone product, the app ensures consistency across platforms while improving accessibility and user experience.

Vistra + iiPay sought experienced developers to expand their internal team and accelerate the development of a mobile app for iOS and Android. The immediate goal was to launch a Pilot version with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) while ensuring the architecture could support scalability and future feature additions.
The Solution: iOS and Android mobile app built by an embedded P92 team
The mobile application was designed to enable end users to easily view payslips, access payroll documents, review personal and employment information, and interact with payroll data through an intuitive mobile interface. From a business standpoint, the project aligned with Vistra + iiPay’s mission to offer a truly global, user-centric payroll solution. Technically, it had to seamlessly integrate with existing systems, support payslip and data access, and be adaptable to future features, customer needs, and regulatory changes.

Registered users can authenticate their mobile app connection via a QR code, ensuring a secure, straightforward onboarding process.

The development process began in June 2025, with the ambitious goal to launch mobile applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store by September 2025.
Despite unforeseen challenges that required additional backend and platform enhancements from Vistra + iiPay, the dedicated P92 team remained committed to delivering high-quality results. During delays, they continued to add significant value by implementing full Dark Mode support and fulfilling Vistra + iiPay’s request for PDF generation of payslip documents.
By November 2025, the team intensified their efforts, ensuring widespread rollout across all app store environments: production, demo, and staging, demonstrating agility and unwavering progress.
By December 2025, the project successfully transitioned into a support phase, establishing a stable foundation for ongoing maintenance, reliability, and user satisfaction.
